How your Claude Enterprise plan is billed depends on how you purchased it.
If you worked directly with our Sales team to procure the Enterprise plan, your organization will be billed annually. Billing contacts can be configured by logging in to your account and navigating to Settings > Billing, and will default to your account’s Primary Owner if no additional billing contacts are added. Your billing contacts will receive an invoice for the total annual amount, based on the number of members on your organization’s team. Primary Owners and Owners can also view and pay invoices from the Billing Settings.
If you purchased your Enterprise plan through the AWS Marketplace, your billing will be handled through AWS.
