Please note, if you are a Claude Pro user, you will need to cancel your Claude Pro subscription and wait until the end of your current subscription period to delete your account.

From the web version of Claude.ai:

  • Once you are logged in, click your initials in the upper right and select "Account Settings".

  • From the Account Settings page, select "Account"

  • Click "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and you will no longer have access to saved chats.

From the Claude app for iOS:

  • Once you are logged in, click your initials in the upper right and select “Account”.

  • From the Account page, click "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and you will no longer have access to saved chats.

  • If you’d also like to remove the Claude app from your iOS device, follow the instructions located here.

From Claude for Android:

  • Once you are logged in, click your initials in the upper right and select “Profile”.

  • From the following page, click "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and you will no longer have access to saved chats.

  • If you’d also like to remove Claude for Android from your device, follow the instructions located here.

For Console accounts:

Reach out to Support.

Third-Party Services

If you are accessing Claude through a third party service (e.g., Quora’s Poe or Slack), you will need to request account deletion through that third party service provider.
