Once you are logged in, click your initials in the lower left and select "Account Settings"
From the Account Settings page, select "Account"
Click "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and you will no longer have access to saved chats.
If you are a Claude Pro user, you will need to cancel your Claude Pro subscription and wait until the end of your current subscription period to delete your account.
There are some scenarios where you will need to contact our team to delete your account. If this is the case, it will be noted in your account.
